About RRAH

Coming soon | A new and exciting initiative backed by leading rugby professionals Maro Itoje & Nick Isiekwe.

Across the UK, local rugby grounds are full of potential. At RRAH, we’re bringing them back to life… turning forgotten pitches, tired clubhouses and underused land into thriving spaces for grassroots rugby, outdoor learning, and sustainable homes.

Our mission is to build healthier, stronger, and more connected communities, through rugby. We’re creating opportunity… not just on the field, but in everyday life.

What’s in play?

Rugby for everyone: from walking rugby and mixed ability sessions to youth camps and community leagues.

Learning outside the lines: flexible modular spaces for schools, mentoring, and community workshops.

Homes with heart: smart, sustainable, private and affordable housing designed around people, not profit.

The bigger picture

RRAH is more than sport or housing… it’s regeneration with purpose. We’re connecting councils, local clubs, and private partners to breathe new life into communities, using rugby’s values of teamwork, respect, and resilience as the foundation for change.

A national movement is underway… where rugby space meets growth, and every pass leads to progress.

Rugby. Regeneration. Housing. Hope.
A future built together.
